Corn And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. can creamed corn
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked, cooled and drained
2 egg whites, slightly whisked
8 crushed nonfat saltine crackers
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Mix together and pour into a well-greased 1-quart casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for an hour.
