Mom'S Delicious Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
6 oz. oil
3 eggs
6 oz. sugar
3 oz. orange juice
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. liqueur (optional)
4 medium apples, peeled and sliced
2 oz. sugar
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
few drops lemon juice

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 10-inch tube baking pan.
Mix together the first seven ingredients.
Mix the remaining ingredients together.
(Keep apple mixture separate.)
Put 1/2 the batter into the pan.
Then place sliced apple mixture on top.
Put remaining batter on top of apples.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 60 minutes or until cake seems ready by inserting a toothpick into center of cake.
