Hot Cheese Hominy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 cans hominy
    2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter 5 minutes.
    Add next 6 ingredients and 1/2 cup cheese.
    Pour into lightly greased baking dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle remaining 1 cup of Cheddar cheese on top; bake 5 more minutes, or until cheese melts.
