Egg Drop Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chicken broth (for each person)
1 egg for each 2 people served
chives
Preparation

Bring chicken broth to a boil.
Add slightly beaten egg(s) to broth, running fork back and forth through broth (shredding egg). Cook until strips of egg are done.
Add chives.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
