Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. self-rising flour
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix oil, sugar, flour, eggs and baking powder.
    Mix together buttermilk and salt.
    Add buttermilk mixture to flavoring and coconut.
    Bake 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 cold oven.
    Use a Bundt pan or tube pan, greased and floured.
