Roast Beef Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. fat (from pan)
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Remove fat from pan, leaving 4 tablespoons.
    Set pan on stove. Add flour; brown thoroughly in fat.
    Gradually add boiling water. Cook for 5 minutes; season and strain (if needed).
