Sweet And Sour Cabbage And Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. cabbage, cut in strips 1/2-inch wide (6 c.)
1 c. no salt tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. apple juice concentrate
2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. raisins
1 large clove garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. onion powder
dash of white pepper (optional)
1 1/2 c. cooked Great Northern beans, drained
Preparation

In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients except beans. Bring cabbage mixture to a boil while stirring. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Add beans to cabbage and cook 5 minutes to heat through.
Yields 4 servings.
