Mom'S Toffee Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter, softened
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation

Cream butter.
Gradually add sugar.
Beat.
Add egg yolk and vanilla.
Add flour and salt.
Spread onto greased jelly roll pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Turn oven off.
Remove pan and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Return to oven for 1 to 3 minutes.
Spread chocolate to frost.
Cool, cut and enjoy!
