Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick oats
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over oats and let stand 1/2 hour.
    Cream margarine.
    Add salt, sugars and vanilla.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with oatmeal mixture. Bake 50 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Use a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Dust with confectioners sugar when cool.
