Lima Beans And Sausage Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. dry baby lima beans, cook until tender
    1/2 lb. link sausage
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Fry sausage 10 to 15 minutes.
    Cut into pieces and arrange in buttered casserole alternately with cooked beans.
    Blend in saucepan over low heat margarine, milk and flour.
    Cook until thickened.
    Season with salt and pepper, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
    Pour over beans and sprinkle with crushed potato chips.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven.
