Sweet And Sour Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 small onions, minced
    1/2 c. soft, fine bread crumbs
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix tomato sauce, sugar, vinegar and mustard.
    Place remaining ingredients and 1 cup of sauce in a large bowl.
    Blend.
    Place meat mixture in a 2-quart Pyrex loaf pan.
    Pour on remaining sauce.
    Run knife along outside edge of pan to allow sauce to seep down side of meat loaf.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove from oven.
    Allow to stand 10 minutes before cutting.
