Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 3/4 c. flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mix
    altogether.
    Bake in an 8 x 12-inch Pyrex dish for about 35 to 60 minutes in a 325\u00b0 oven.
