Fried Onion Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. milk
1 (3 oz.) can fried onion rings, crushed
Preparation

Skin and bone chicken breasts.
Dip chicken in egg-milk mixture, then in onion rings.
Place in an 8-inch round glass dish; cover.
Cook in microwave on High for 6 1/2 to 10 minutes, rotating dish every 4 minutes.
Cut into bite size pieces before serving.
This dish can be assembled, but not cooked, ahead of time and store in the refrigerator until guests arrive.
Then just microwave and serve.
