Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn kernels
    1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and black pepper
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    vegetable oil (for deep frying)
Preparation
    Mix together corn, flour, sugar, salt and pepper to taste, then eggs and cheese.
    Heat the oil in a deep fat fryer to 360\u00b0 or until a small cube of stale bread dropped into the oil turns golden in 50 seconds.
