Rick'S Favorite Hamburgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 medium cloves garlic, pressed into mixture
1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

With the ground beef on the bottom of a large bowl, pour remaining ingredients in and use a strong utensil to combine. When it's combined well enough to handle, \"knead\" the hamburger mix a little more to make sure all the garlic and egg is worked through all the meat. Make patties and for best results, BARBECUE the hamburgers on a PREHEATED grill (medium-high heat). Cook 8 minutes per side.
