Tropical Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. French vanilla instant pudding mix
    2 to 3 bananas, sliced
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (8 oz.) jar maraschino cherries
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
    Mix reserved juice and pudding.
    Mix in a bowl.
    Stir in pineapple, bananas, oranges, cherries, coconut and nuts.
    Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
