Salmon Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Shape into ball and refrigerate 4 hours.
