Ingredients

6 large potatoes, peeled and grated
1 c. onion, grated
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 lb. bacon, crisp and crumbled
5 eggs, beaten
bacon drippings
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Put into a buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes, then at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
