Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. cream cheese
3 c. powdered sugar
flavoring to taste (mint, vanilla, lemon, butter, etc., for chocolate, use cocoa)
food coloring
Preparation

Cream the cheese.
Add sugar, flavoring and food coloring. Dough should be very stiff.
If not stiff, add more sugar.
Roll about 1/2 teaspoon of mixture in palm.
Drop it in granulated sugar.
Press it in mold and pop out.
Makes about 80.
