Corned Beef And Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. corned beef
1 head cabbage, quartered
6 to 8 medium potatoes, quartered
bay leaf
garlic powder
water
Preparation

Place corned beef in a large Dutch oven and put in enough water to just cover meat.
Sprinkle with garlic powder and add bay leaf.
Cook for 3 hours or until tender.
Add cabbage and potatoes.
Cook until tender, about 30 minutes.
