Eat Anytime Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can or jar tomatoes
    1 large can or jar water
    1 (16 oz.) can French-cut green beans (undrained)
    2 c. coarse grated carrots
    1 medium to large onion
    1 bell pepper
    2 c. cabbage
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley dressing mix (dry)
    1 c. Ro-Tel (optional; this will make soup warm and spicy)
Preparation
    Combine carrots, onion and bell pepper and cook in microwave for about 5 minutes or until tender.
    Combine all ingredients in a large boiler and simmer until flavors blend and cabbage is to the texture you want.
