Potato Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken flavored bouillon cube
    1 c. hot water
    3 c. potatoes, chopped
    1/2 c. carrots, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Melt bouillon cube in hot water; add potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Cook until vegetables are tender.
    In a small pan, combine milk and flour, stirring until thickened.
    Add to potato mixture; add cubed cheese and stir until cheese is melted.
