Praline Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 graham crackers
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped pecans (or more)
Preparation
    Arrange crackers in single layer in jelly roll pan.
    Heat brown sugar and butter to boiling.
    Boil and stir 1 minute (no longer); remove from heat.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Pour over crackers; spread evenly.
    Sprinkle with pecans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly, 8 to 10 minutes.
    Cool slightly.
    Cut into bars, about 2 1/4 x 1 1/4-inches, each cracker into two bars.
    Use ungreased 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
    Yield:
    48 bars.
