1 large can Veg-All (chunky)
1 large can water
1 tsp. vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. crumbled hamburger meat
1/2 c. speckled beans
1/2 c. shredded cabbage
1 diced onion
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
