Cheese Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 small cans chopped green chilies
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Grate both cheeses and mix.
    Beat eggs and add milk and flour.
    Layer cheese, then chilies, then salt, then pepper, ending up with a layer of cheese.
    Pour egg mixture over top.
    Freezes well, but add egg mixture last.
    Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch pan; bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
