Rotini Feta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. water
    8 oz. rotini pasta
    3/4 c. Italian dressing
    1/2 c. chopped black olives
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimentos, drained
    1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
    1/2 c. chopped ripe tomato
    4 oz. crumbled Feta cheese
Preparation
    Place water in a 3-quart microwavable casserole.
    Cover with lid.
    Microwave on High for 7 minutes or until water boils.
    Stir in pasta and re-cover.
    Stirring midway through cooking, microwave on High for 6 to 8 minutes or until done.
    Drain and cool slightly. Return pasta to same casserole and toss with dressing.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Serve.
