Tuna Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. macaroni
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna (flaked pieces)
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 small onion, diced
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. sweet salad cubes, drained
    1/2 c. mayonnaise (more, if desired)
    1 tsp. salt
    few grains of pepper
    1 tsp. horseradish (optional)
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water for 8 minutes.
    Drain and rinse in cold water.
    Combine tuna and all other ingredients with macaroni.
    Add mayonnaise and/or horseradish to tuna/macaroni mixture.
    Toss gently.
    Add more mayonnaise, if desired.
    Chill thoroughly.
    Serve in lettuce cups.
    Garnish with green pepper strips and tomato slices.
