Fruit Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. watermelon
    1 1/2 c. cantaloupe
    1 c. strawberries
    1 banana
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    apple juice
Preparation
    Puree all fruits in a blender.
    Add apple juice or artificial sweetener as desired.
    Chill and garnish with sprig of mint leaves.
    Makes about 4 1/2 cups of soup.
