Snowballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    confectioners sugar (for coating)
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar, salt and butter; mix well.
    Add vanilla.
    Gradually stir in flour.
    Work nuts into dough.
    Chill well.
    Form into 1-inch balls.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until set, but not brown.
    Roll in sugar immediately.
    Cool on rack.
    Roll in sugar again.
    Store in airtight container.
    Makes 5 dozen.
