Hamburger Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese (1/2 lb. Swiss or Cheddar)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    dash of pepper
    1 unbaked pastry shell
Preparation
    Brown and drain hamburger meat. Blend next 4 ingredients and stir in cheese.
    Add onion and pepper.
    Pour into pastry shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 6.
