Blueberry Sally Lunn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour, sifted
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. soft butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. blueberries, washed and drained
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
    In large bowl of electric mixer, combine butter, granulated sugar and eggs; beat at high speed until fluffy.
    At low speed, add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Turn into pan.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
    Bake about 35 minutes.
    Serve warm. Serves 9.
