Low-Fat Shrimp, Crab And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14-oz. can stewed tomatoes
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (less salt)
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 lb. cooked shrimp
    1 lb. lump or white crabmeat
    3 cups cooked rice
Preparation
    In a large heavy pot, pour stewed tomatoes.
    Add garlic, green pepper and onion.
    Cook until tender, approximately 20 minutes over low heat.
    Add cream of mushroom soup, green onions, and Worcestershire sauce.
    Mix thoroughly.
