Grilled Chicken Shish-Ka-Bob - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    1 pkg. Lipton golden onion soup mix
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. water
    cherry tomatoes
    green/red peppers
    onions
    fresh mushrooms
    black pepper
Preparation
    Marinate chicken, cut into 1-inch cubes, in onion soup mix, oil and water (overnight).
    Load wooden or metal skewers alternately with meat and veggies until full.
    Season with pepper. Grill for 10 to 15 minutes (ensure chicken is fully cooked between veggies).
