No Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew cubes
    2 sticks celery
    4 to 5 potatoes
    4 to 5 small onions
    4 to 5 carrots
    1 bouillon cube and 1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    1 pkg. peas
Preparation
    Mix together all
    ingredients
    except
    peas,
    cover and bake at 250\u00b0 for 4
    1/2\tto 5 hours (no peeking).
    Add package of peas 10 minutes before serving.\tServes 6.
