Bacon Yum Yums - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. thick sliced bacon
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Place bacon slices in shallow pan (jelly roll pan).
    Combine brown sugar and dry mustard; sprinkle mixture over bacon slices. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour; drain.
    Cut into desired pieces with kitchen scissors.
    These may be served for brunch or an appetizer. Serves 10 to 12 people.
