Low-Fat Baked Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine first 8 ingredients.
Place chicken in mixture and turn to coat.
Cover and marinate overnight.
Coat with bread crumbs.
Bake, uncovered, in shallow baking pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Makes 8 servings, each 271 calories and 5 grams of fat.
