Chicken In A Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut into serving size
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup
    1/3 c. water
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained and chopped (reserve liquid)
Preparation
    In a large skillet, heat oil and brown chicken.
    Drain.
    Blend together tomatoes, onion soup, water and reserved liquids.
    Add to the chicken.
    Simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
