Creamy-Style Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. Ricotta cheese (part skim)
5 fl. oz. red wine vinegar
20 fl oz. nonfat yogurt
seasonings as desired
Preparation

Puree Ricotta in food processor or blender until very smooth. Add yogurt and vinegar; process until fully incorporated.
Remove from the processor and add seasonings as desired.
Makes approximately 1 quart; 3/4 ounce portions per serving.
