Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1 can tomatoes
    2 onions, sliced
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    4 stalks celery
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in fat until lightly browned.
    Add seasonings and blend.
    Slowly add water and tomatoes.
    Cook slowly for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Add shrimp and cook for 5 or 10 minutes longer.
    Serve over hot rice.
