Banana Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. margarine (may substitute natural applesauce to make lower in fat)
2/3 c. milk (skim may be used)
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. mashed \"ripe\" bananas
2/3 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Mix margarine, sugar, milk, eggs and bananas, then add dry ingredients.
Blend 1/2 minute on low speed, then 3 minutes high speed.
Pour into pan(s).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes for layers or 45 to 50 minutes for oblong.
