Coriander Pepper Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless pork chops (1-inch thick)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. crushed coriander seed
1 Tbsp. coarsely ground black pepper
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except pork.
Marinate pork in mixture for 30 minutes.
Prepare medium hot coals in grill bed. Remove pork from marinade.
Place over coals; grill for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once.
Juices should run clear and chops should be tender and juicy.
