Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 stick butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Set aside grated cheese.
    Any cheese will do.
    It is according to
    what you are preparing with the meal.
    Swiss, cheddar or you may want to blend a couple cheeses.
    Use your imagination.
    Melt butter in skillet. Add flour till thick and creamy.
    Add milk to make a gravy.
    Sprinkle in cheese and blend till smooth and creamy.
    Pour over favorite dish.
    We like it over Lesueur peas, broccoli or asparagus.
