Orange Butter Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. butter, softened
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1 c. orange juice
3 large eggs, lightly beaten
Preparation

Combine first 12 ingredients in large bowl.
Using electric mixer, beat on low speed until blended.
Beat at high speed 3 minutes.
Pour mixture into 2 greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
