Italian Garden Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. (8 oz.) orzo, cooked
2 c. cherry tomatoes
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. bottled Italian salad dressing
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 c. thinly sliced green peppers
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook orzo according to package; drain well.
Cool (rinse orzo with cold water).
Combine orzo, garlic, cherry tomatoes, green pepper, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, grated cheese and salad dressing.
Toss lightly.
Chill.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
