Okra Tomato And Onion Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. okra
    1/4 c. onions
    1 c. tomatoes
    4 large eggs
    1 tsp. salt or seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. black or red pepper, or 1 jalapeno or chili pepper
Preparation
    Saute okra and onion in oleo or oil for 1 minute.
    Add tomatoes and eggs (slightly beaten), salt and pepper.
    Pour in well-oiled pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 20 or 30 minutes. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top, if desired.
