Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. thinly sliced cooked potatoes with skins
    1/2 c. raw cashews
    2 c. distilled water
    1 tsp. sea salt
    1 tsp. onion powder or 1/4 c. raw onions
Preparation
    Place potatoes in a lecithin-prepared baking dish. Blend-liquify all other ingredients and pour over potatoes. Cover with foil and bake 1 to 2 hours at 375\u00b0.
    (Scalloped can take a long time to cook, so test for doneness.)
