Orange Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. orange jello
    4 c. ice cubes
    2 c. mandarin orange slices (no sugar)
    2 c. boiling water
    2 (8 oz.) plain low-fat yogurt
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in water.
    Add ice cubes.
    Stir until thickened, 3 to 5 minutes.
    Remove unmelted ice.
    Gently stir in drained orange slices and vanilla.
    Fold in yogurt.
    Refrigerate until firm.
    (Other fruits are also good: strawberries or raspberries.)
