Low-Fat Chicken Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chicken breasts
    1/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp. sweet paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 c. skim milk
    Pam
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Spray baking sheet with Pam. Skin and debone chicken, cut into strips.
    Combine flour and seasonings in a bowl.
    Dip chicken in milk, then in flour mixture.
    Place on sheet and bake 20 minutes.
    Turn chicken and bake 20 minutes.
