Sara'S Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. self-rising cornmeal
3/4 c. self-rising flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1 egg (beaten)
2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Pour in well-greased 8 x
9 or 8 x 10-inch pan.
Bake 20 minutes at 425\u00b0.
