Chicken Livers With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

flour
1 lb. chicken livers
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. finely chopped green peppers
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. sliced mushrooms
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
bread crumbs
Preparation

Flour chicken livers lightly; fry in hot butter with onions, green peppers and mushrooms for about 10 minutes.
Add sour cream, eggs and seasonings.
Pour into buttered casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Serves 5.
